How do I join IRC?

That’s simple. Just show up! We don’t have any kind of official registration process. As long as you’re a good human who loves being around other good humans and running, you’ll fit right in.

When was IRC started?

June of 2017. The original name was “Running With Richard Issa” but we decided that didn’t sound as cool as issa Run Crew

I’m not the fastest runner, is this the right group for me?

We are 100% the right group for you. There is no judgement here. Especially not for how fast you can or cannot run. As long as you set goals and are willing to work hard towards those goal you are ok with us!

Does IRC have any social gatherings?

Yes. And they’re amazing. We pride ourselves on being able to run/train hard but never forgetting to enjoy each others' company.
